These terms govern access to automatedinsights.digital and the engagement of audit services offered by Automatedinsights from Tung Shing Bldg, Sham Shui Po District, Hong Kong. By using the site or requesting a scoping call, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide independent service reliability audits for payment platforms. Website content is informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope of work.

No online checkout

This site does not process payments or complete purchases. Pricing displayed is indicative. Invoices and payment instructions are issued separately after scope agreement.

Accuracy

We aim to keep descriptions current. Findings in an audit report reflect evidence available during the engagement window and are not a guarantee of future platform performance or regulatory outcomes.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit false contact details. We may refuse or end engagements that conflict with professional independence.

Intellectual property

Site content, methods descriptions, and deliverable templates remain our property until assigned in a signed engagement letter. Client evidence remains the client’s property.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Automatedinsights is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. Liability under a paid engagement is limited as stated in that engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
