Process

A structured engagement for payment platforms that need evidence of reliability — not a generic maturity score.

Colleagues reviewing work together at a table
  1. 1. Scoping call

We confirm which lanes matter — path reliability, settlement, failover, incident readiness — and what systems, vendors, and counterparts you can open. You leave with a written scope and evidence list. No obligation to proceed.

  2. 2. Evidence intake

Diagrams, runbooks, settlement calendars, drill notes, and recent incident timelines land in a shared folder. We flag missing artefacts early so the sampling week is not spent chasing basics.

  3. 3. Guided sampling

Working sessions with platform and operations walk failure inject points, break queues, failover claims, and decision rights. We record what can be proven versus what remains aspirational.

  4. 4. Findings & fix list

Each finding names an owner domain, the artefact that would close it, and a priority tied to acceptance, settlement, or partner exposure. Leadership gets a short briefing; teams get the backlog.

  5. 5. Walkthrough

A live handoff with your leads. Questions are answered against the evidence pack. Optional follow-up can re-check a closed subset after remediation — scoped separately.
