Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted audits, invoice, improve the site (when optional cookies are accepted), and meet legal obligations in Hong Kong.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer retention is required for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement records follow the period in the engagement letter, typically six years for professional records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use processors for email and hosting under confidentiality terms. We disclose data when required by law.

Your choices
